These terms applies to everyone that uses our codes for algos and unlocks the premium ones. By buying our products you accept these terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any of our costumers use or result from the trading strategies and services that we provide from this website.
Payment, cancelation and refunds
1.1 On this website all payment occur through Paypal and Stripe. When the customer has payed for a code, no refund is available. Our strategies is only backtested and does not guarantee any kinds of live result or performance based on this.
1.2 When the costumer buys a code, the use of the strategy is each individual customers responsibility. Algomatic Trading does not have any responsibility of any results from our strategies.
2. The product includes a code that will be unlocked to the costumer only. This code is not to be shared or shown to other individuals or companies.
3. Immaterial Rights
All financial information and intangible assets, brand, graphic and arrangement that occurs on this website belongs to Algomatic Trading. Visitors and costumers does not have the rights to copy, download, publish, show or change and distribute the content on this website.
GDPR and Risks
4. We save your first name, last name and email.
5.1 Investments in financial instruments are associated with financial risk and there are no guarantees that capital invested in any instruments will make a profit or, in the worst case, lose value. Customers are responsible for the risk themselves and must therefore familiarize themselves with the conditions that apply to trading in such instruments and the characteristics of the instruments. That placing or other positions in financial instruments such as CFDs is done at the customers own risk. Algomatic Trading cannot in any way be responsible for the investment decisions generated by the algorithms.
5.2 Algomatic Trading only delivers financial information and algorithms to customers that should facilitate making their own decisions regarding investments. Algomatic Trading advises no one to run these algorithms. Algomatic Trading does not provide advice or buy and sell recommendations for individual shares, the stock market in general or other financial instruments. The service is based on objective facts and contains no assumptions or forecasts. Each individual customer makes his own assumptions and values and therefore we at Algomatic Trading cannot be responsible for the investment decisions and their consequences that the financial information that the website can give rise to.
5.3 Algomatic Trading is not under the supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority. The material on the website does not constitute the provision of individual personal investment advice under the law (2007:528) on the securities market (“LVM”) or the law (2003:862) on financial advice to consumers. The material on the website must in no case be perceived as individual personal investment recommendations, according to the Act (1991:980) on trading in financial instruments or investment analyzes according to LVM. All information on the website is of a general nature and it is of great importance that customers do their own analysis.
5.4 Financial values and key figures can be calculated in several ways. Much of the financial information and key figures in the algorithms are directly affected by which calculation methods we have just chosen for the individual value, key figure or method. Therefore, it is not entirely correct to compare financial information and key figures from the algorithms with other financial sources that may have different calculation methods. This problem must be taken into account by visitors and members and is not something that Algomatic Trading is responsible for.
5.5 Algomatic Trading constantly works to ensure that the algorithms are correct, complete and up-to-date and therefore Algomatic Trading obtains basic information that is on the website from its subcontractors. Algomatic Trading cannot be held responsible for errors that occur in their data.
5.6 Algomatic Trading cannot be held responsible for technical errors caused by third parties in SMS, Bank cards and Internet banking.
